“This House is of the opinion that “eighty percent economy of Baluchistan province is based on agriculture” but unfortunately for the last two decades drought has almost destroyed the agriculture sector as compared to other provinces the water channels system in Baluchistan is limited only to two districts while agricultural activities in rest of the districts depend upon tube wells and Load shedding has further destroy the agriculture sector, low voltage cause the huge damages to the tube wells resulting the finical losses of the formers. This not only created the hurdle for stabilizing the economy but also discourage the lives of those relating to the agriculture sector, so This House demand the federal government to take revolutionary steps towards the implementation of agriculture reforms and also take the decision of withdrawal of electricity subsidy on agriculture tube wells which will be in the benefit of province and its peoples”.

“This house is of the opinion that the eruption of illegal organ trafficking in Pakistan since 1990s is a blatant abuse of human rights, as par WHO (Executive committee meeting and World Health Assembly meeting in 2004). Despite the approval of ‘Transplantation of human organ and tissue act’, 2010, by the parliament, evidence exist that organ trafficking is still augmenting. With health now being a provincial responsibility after the 18th constitutional amendment, the provinces have failed to uphold the respective law.
