|
Mr. Sagar Kumar Katija, born on February 2, 1993, hails from Loralai, Balochistan. He completed his F.Sc. From the Balochistan Residential College, Loralai. Mr. Katija stood 11th all over Balochistan in B.I.S.E Quetta, 2011 F.Sc. examinations. Currently, he is enrolled in MBBS programme at Ayub Medical College, Abbotabad. He also secured the scholarship from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad under the project Provision of Higher Education for Students of Balochistan and FATA. He has actively participated in non-curricular and co-curricular activities in the College. He was elected House Prefect twice and also remained Dorm Prefect. |

The government should improvise the condition of Higher Education Commission and should pay its due installments on time to safeguard the (standard of) Higher Education”. |

Government needs to safeguard the fundamental rights of all religious minorities (as per constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan and in the light of the principles mentioned by the Founder of Pakistan in His 11 August 1947 speech) , and take practical steps to safeguard the rights" . |
