  Brief Profile  

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri, born on May 22, 1987, hails from District Sanghar. He obtained his Masters degree in International Relations from University of Sindh and completed his BBA (Honours) program from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) Karachi. During his stay at IoBM, he served as the General Secretary Youth Enhancement Society and assisted in the arrangement of various seminars related to youth awareness and education. He has served various NGO's such as Sindh Development Society, and SOS village on voluntary basis, and worked diligently in the post-flood relief work in District Sanghar. As a speaker, Tabraiz has also participated in various debate competitions throughout his academic career. His interests include writing, foreign affairs, education and horseback riding.

  Status in Youth Parliament  

Politically, Tabraiz Sadiq Marri was affiliated with Green Party and served as, Youth Leader of the Opposition from August 02, 2012 onward and was member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri (YP58-SINDH10), Mr. Muhammad Haseeb Ahsen(YP51-SINDH03), Mr. Hunain Ali Quadri (YP49-SINDH01), Mr. Jamal Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) and Ms.Ushna Ahmed (YP59-SINDH11) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that The Islamic Republic of Pakistan favors strong diplomatic ties with United States of America on the basis of equality and mutual respect keeping in view the equally valuable nature of this relationship. However, we prioritize our territorial integrity and sovereignty over any advantageous association and therefore demand respect for our territorial integrity, sovereignty and internal affairs for the continuation of this beneficial association as we vouch to reciprocate similar respect to The United States of America”.

Mr. Hunain Ali Quadri (YP49-SINDH01) and Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri (YP58-SINDH10) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that Pakistan should provide the transit trade facility to Central Asian countries through Gawadar port, which would enable Pakistan to generate revenues that are favorable for its economic progress. Urgent measures must be taken to establish the communications infrastructure, including the road and railway network”.

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri (YP58-SINDH08) to invite the attention of the youth minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights to a matter of urgent public importance regarding the post 2011 flood situation in district Sanghar, SINDH where the Internally displaced persons are still deprived of basic necessities such as clean drinking water, food and tents, causing grave concern among the people.

Mr. Yasir Riaz (YP12-ICT02), Mr. Syed Shan Haider (YP20-KPK07) and Mr.Tabraiz Marri (YP58-SINDH10) would like to move following resolution:“This House is of the opinion that federal government should take necessary steps to control inflation on immediate basis. Inflation in Pakistan remains in double digit from last many years which affect almost all sectors of economy. Government should control inflation by taking monetary, fiscal and non-monetary, non-fiscal measures into account.”

The house urges the law enforcing departments to act efficiently and bring the perpetrators to justice”.

This house also demands that the Government of Pakistan must take strict, impartial and bold action against the criminals, and may also utilize Military for this purpose if required.
