Mr. Siraj Din Memon, born on May 5, 1985, hails from Karachi. He completed his BS in Business Administration from Virtual University of Pakistan. Mr. Memon won the Best Employee Award in Social Development in 2011.

Politically, Siraj Din Memon was affiliated with Blue Party and was member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights

Mr. Muhammad Waqar (YP38-PUNJAB18), Mr. Muhammad Zafar Siddique (YP39-PUNJAB19), Ms. Elia Nauroz Ali (YP03-BALOCHISTAN03), Ms. Anum Mohsin (YP22-PUNJAB02), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28), Mr. Salman Khan Shinwari (YP18-KPK05) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) invite the attention of the Honorable Youth Prime Minister to the unfortunate event took place on 7th April 2012 between 3 am - 4 am when an Avalanche hit 135 individuals including 124 soldiers and 11 civilians at Gayari sector near Siachen Glacier.

Mr. Muhamamd Umar Riaz (YP36-PUNJAB16) Mr. Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that immediate actions should be taken for ensuring durable peace in Karachi, the country’s economic hub. The elements responsible for the law and order situation in Karachi deserve no leniency and should be dealt with an iron fist.”

Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) to introduce a Bill further to amend the Article 247 (3) constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan in order to make the parliament supreme for the entire country.

Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09), Mr. Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04), Mr. Muhammad Asghar Fareed (YP31-PUNJAB11), Ms. Sahar Iqbal (YP44-PUNJAB24), Mr. Muhammad Hamid Chaudhry (YP32-PUNJAB12) and Mr. Kashif Yousaf Badar (YP27-PUNJAB07) would like to move the following resolution: "This House is of the opinion that immediate actions must be taken to ensure the rights of the street children and promote their best interest as espoused by the teachings of Islam, the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Convention of the Rights of the Children. Considering their poor and deteriorating condition, the house urges the National Commission of human rights to look into this matter and Provincial governments to strictly enforce the existing Child protection laws immediately and effectively”.

This House believes that this particular decision has grave implication for the direction and prospects of the system of multilateral cooperation promoted by the UN charter and for peace and security and stability in region, particularly South Asia”.

Ms. Rabiya Shamim (YP53-SINDH05), Mr. Muhammad Sohail (YP34-PUNJAB14), Ms. Anum Zia (YP23-PUNJAB03), Mr. Sagar Kumar Katija(YP06-BALOCHISTAN04) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that Pakistan and India should consider the possibility of inking an extradition treaty keeping mutual benefits in mind. It would have a constructive impact on the security concerns of both the countries and will help to tighten their relations in nearby future."

This will accelerate the process of inculcating harmony between civilians & military officials.”

This house also demands that the Government of Pakistan must take strict, impartial and bold action against the criminals, and may also utilize Military for this purpose if required.
