Mr. Siraj Din Memon, born on May 5, 1985, hails from Karachi. He completed his BS in Business Administration from Virtual University of Pakistan. Mr. Memon won the Best Employee Award in Social Development in 2011.

Mr. Muhammad Waqar (YP38-PUNJAB18), Mr. Muhammad Zafar Siddique (YP39-PUNJAB19), Ms. Elia Nauroz Ali (YP03-BALOCHISTAN03), Ms. Anum Mohsin (YP22-PUNJAB02), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28), Mr. Salman Khan Shinwari (YP18-KPK05) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) invite the attention of the Honorable Youth Prime Minister to the unfortunate event took place on 7th April 2012 between 3 am - 4 am when an Avalanche hit 135 individuals including 124 soldiers and 11 civilians at Gayari sector near Siachen Glacier.

Mr. Muhamamd Umar Riaz (YP36-PUNJAB16) Mr. Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that immediate actions should be taken for ensuring durable peace in Karachi, the country’s economic hub. The elements responsible for the law and order situation in Karachi deserve no leniency and should be dealt with an iron fist.”

Considering their poor and deteriorating condition, the house urges the National Commission of human rights to look into this matter and Provincial governments to strictly enforce the existing Child protection laws immediately and effectively”.
