  Brief Profile  

Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee belongs to Karachi and was born on the June 7, 1990. He is currently pursuing a BS (Honours) in English from University of Karachi. He is involved in a number of extra-curricular activities notably, the President of Educational Wing of Youth Intelligentsia, General Secretary of Shaheed Bilal Jamaee Youth Circle, Karachi and a member Editorial Board of monthly Akhbar-e-Jamia. He is also a member of Pakistan Debate Council and Karachi University Debate Council. He also volunteers with Al-Khidmat Foundation, Pakistan. He has attended several workshops including MUNIK (Model United Nations IBA Karachi), International Islamic Orientation Camp for Young Writers and Rediscovering Pakistan.

Politically, Jamal Naseer Jamaee was affiliated with Green Party and served as, Youth Shadow Minister for Interior, Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA and was member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Information

Second Session

Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) and Mr. Yasir Riaz (YP12-ICT02) invite the attention of the Minister of Youth for Interior, Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA on the sectarian violence in Gilgit-Baltistan that has claimed approximately 8000 lives since 1989 to date. It is a matter of urgent importance and I request the Minister to make a statement thereon.

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri(YP58-SINDH10), Mr. Muhammad Haseeb Ahsen( YP51-SINDH03), Mr. Hunain Ali Quadri (YP49-SINDH01), Mr. Jamal Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) and Ms. Ushna Ahmed (YP59-SINDH11) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that The Islamic Republic of Pakistan favors strong diplomatic ties with United States of America on the basis of equality and mutual respect keeping in view the equally valuable nature of this relationship. However, we prioritize our territorial integrity and sovereignty over any advantageous association and therefore demand respect for our territorial integrity, sovereignty and internal affairs for the continuation of this beneficial association as we vouch to reciprocate similar respect to The United States of America”.

Mr. Haseeb Ahsen (YP51-SINDH03) and Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) would like to move the following resolution:“This House is of the opinion that Media is a strong pillar of the state and is a source of information for the citizens of Pakistan. We support an unbiased media and therefore suggest formation of new rules to address this issue”.

Mr. Muhammad Haseeb Ahssan (YP51-SINDH03) and Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that Railways and PIA are National assets, but due to negligence and corruption these institutes are at the verge of destruction. It’s important to do some emergency reforms for the betterment of these national assets. We need to identify the culprits & punish them”

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri (YP58-SINDH10) and Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) to put forth the following resolution: “This house is of the opinion that homicide in the name of honor is a heinous crime and the rise in the numbers of victims all across Pakistan is alarming. The house urges the law enforcing departments to act efficiently and bring the perpetrators to justice”.

Mr. Tabraiz Sadiq Marri (YP58-SINDH10), Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) and Mr. Naveed Hassan (YP41-PUNJAB21) would like to move the following resolution; “This House is of the opinion that the Government may take immediate steps to declare Urdu as official language of the country in pursuance of Article 251 (1) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”

Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) and Mr. Muhammad Hammad Malik (YP16-KPK03) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that interference of India and Afghanistan in the internal matters of Pakistan, especially the province of Baluchistan is alarming and Pakistan must raise this issue on International forums to seize the attention of international community on this matter of importance.”

Mr. Haseeb Ahsan (YP51-SINDH03) and Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) would like to move the following resolution: “This House condemns the allocation of secret funds to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting under title head “Miscellaneous” and believes that such funds must not be allocated to any Ministry without appropriate justification and must be meticulous audited at the end of Fiscal year.”

Mr. Jamal Naseer Jamaee (YP50-SINDH02) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that all political parties have concerns over the demarcation of the constituencies and they consider it as the pre poll rigging. Election Commission of Pakistan should review these demarcations with the co operation and consensus of all political parties and take steps to reduce their concerns. This step will be considered the first breakthrough towards free and fair elections.”

This house also demands that the Government of Pakistan must take strict, impartial and bold action against the criminals, and may also utilize Military for this purpose if required.
