Mr. Umar Raza, born on July 7, 1991, hails from Fort Abbas District Bahawalnagar. He is currently enrolled in Bachelors programme in Government Degree College Fort Abbas. He has done his FSc from Government Degree College Fort Abbas. He is the member of the Desert Camel Rugby and Foot Ball. He speaks Urdu, English, Punjabi, Siraki, and Hindi. His interests include Education, Defence, Human rights and Law. He is the Secretary Information of Insaf Student Federation at his College. |

The government of Pakistan must ensure basic fundamental rights of all citizens prescribed under constitution according to Article 10, 12 and 37”. |
