  Brief Profile  

Mr. Umar Raza, born on July 7, 1991, hails from Fort Abbas District Bahawalnagar. He is currently enrolled in Bachelors programme in Government Degree College Fort Abbas. He has done his FSc from Government Degree College Fort Abbas. He is the member of the Desert Camel Rugby and Foot Ball. He speaks Urdu, English, Punjabi, Siraki, and Hindi. His interests include Education, Defence, Human rights and Law. He is the Secretary Information of Insaf Student Federation at his College.

Mr. Muhammad Waqar (YP38-PUNJAB18), Mr. Muhammad Zafar Siddique (YP39-PUNJAB19), Ms. Elia Nauroz Ali (YP03-BALOCHISTAN03), Ms. Anum Mohsin (YP22-PUNJAB02), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28), Mr. Salman Khan Shinwari (YP18-KPK05) and Mr. Siraj Din Memon (YP57-SINDH09) invite the attention of the Honorable Youth Prime Minister to the unfortunate event took place on 7th April 2012 between 3 am - 4 am when an Avalanche hit 135 individuals including 124 soldiers and 11 civilians at Gayari sector near Siachen Glacier.

Mr. Muhammad Aamir Khan Khichi (YP30-PUNJAB10), Mr. Osama Mehmood (YP42-PUNJAB22), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28), Mr. Saleem Khan (YP07-BALOCHISTAN05), Ms. Shaheera Jalil (YP56-SINDH06) and Mr Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that human rights violations such as arbitrary detention, torture, deaths in custody, forced disappearances, and extrajudicial execution are rampant throughout Pakistan. The government of Pakistan must ensure basic fundamental rights of all citizens prescribed under constitution according to Article 10, 12 and 37”.

The government should improvise the condition of Higher Education Commission and should pay its due installments on time to safeguard the (standard of) Higher Education”.

Zafar Siddique (YP39-PUNJAB19), Ms. Elwina Rauf (YP10-GB01), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28), Mr. Waquas Ahmed (YP60-SINDH12), Mr. Muhammad Aamir Khan Khichi (YP30-PUNJAB10) and Mr. Siraj Memon (YP57-SINDH09) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that the military law should be obedient to the civilian law and government should penalize both the civilians and the military personnel under one judicial system of Pakistan. This will accelerate the process of inculcating harmony between civilians & military officials.”
