  Brief Profile  

Mr. Muhammad Asghar Fareed, born on September 25, 1992, hails from Tehsil Kahror Pacca, District Lodhran. He did his F.Sc. In Pre-Engineering from Leadership College, Multan. Currently, he is enrolled in a B.Sc. programme in Mechtronics & Control Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore. He is an enthusiastic debater and is serving as the executive member of the UET Debating Society and has successfully represented UET in both declamation and parliamentary-style debates. Mr. Asghar is also the President of Blood Donor Society at University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore. He has also worked with TIENS - a Chinese multinational company.

Politically, Muhammad Asghar Fareed was affiliated with Blue Party and was member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Information Technology and Telecommunication

Mr. Siraj Din Memon ( YP57-SINDH09), Mr. Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04), Mr. Muhammad Asghar Fareed (YP31-PUNJAB11), Ms. Sahar Iqbal (YP44-PUNJAB24), Mr. Muhammad Hamid Chaudhry (YP32-PUNJAB12), Mr. Kashif Yousaf Badar (YP27-PUNJAB07) would like to move the following resolution: "This House is of the opinion that immediate actions must be taken to ensure the rights of the street children and promote their best interest as espoused by the teachings of Islam, the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Convention of the Rights of the Children. Considering their poor and deteriorating condition, the house urges the National Commission of human rights to look into this matter and Provincial governments to strictly enforce the existing Child protection laws immediately and effectively.”
