Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi, from Bagh in Azad Jammu & Kashmir, was born on December 12, 1987. He completed his Graduation as BS-CE in Electrical (Computer Engineering) from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology (CIIT) Islamabad. He is the Chairman and Founding Director of Agilitron (Pvt.) Ltd. - a Hardware, Software and Web Based Solution Provider. He is also the Founder and President of Al-Mariam Volunteer Blood Donation Society actively working in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. He is also a Founding Member of Innovation Dedication Evolution Ambition (IDEA) Society CIIT Islamabad. He has also actively participated in Fund Raising and Relief Activities of Flood 2010 and Earthquake 2005. He was actively involved in 2011 AJ&K Elections and was Party Representative in Local Polling Station.

Politically, Touseef Ahmed Abbasi was affiliated with Blue Party and served as, Chairperson Youth Standing Committee on Interior, Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA

Mr. Aamir Khan Khichi (YP30-PUNJAB10), Mr. Muhammad Umar Riaz (YP36-PUNJAB16), Ms. Sahar Iqbal (YP44-PUNJAB24), Mr. Gohar Zaman (YP25-PUNJAB05), Mr. Touseef Abbasi (YP02-AJK02) and Mr. Usama Riaz (YP37-PUNJAB17) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that religion is a very pious matter for all Muslims therefore media should restrain itself in mingling with certain notable showbiz personalities just to increase their ratings. These channels should not only be penalized but strict action should also be taken against them.”

Mr. Najeeb Abid Baloch (YP05-BALOCHISTAN03), Mr. Zafarullah (YP40-PUNJAB20), Mr Kashif Yousaf Badar (YP27-PUNJAB07), Mr. Umer Raza (YP48-PUNJAB28) and Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02) to move the following motion: “This House may discuss about the parameters of state institutions of in prospective of current ongoing disturbances between the executives and Apex court of the state.”

Ms. Anum Mohsin (YP22-PUNJAB02) Mr. Muhammad Aamir Khan Khichi (YP30-PUNJAB10), Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02) and Mr. Ahmed Numair Farooq (YP21-PUNJAB01) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that the alarming and tragic fire incidents in Lahore and Karachi should be investigated as an utmost priority and also the House demands on a very serious note for the Government of Pakistan to formulate an Industrial Safety Department in the government sector to be responsible for regular safety tests of the Industrial sector.”

Mr. Hafeez Ullah Wazir (YP09-FATA02), Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02) and Mr. Omair Najam (YP52-SINDH04) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that FATA is completely under military role since 9/11. The people face too many difficulties because of the hard and unchallenging policies of the Army and FC forces while the people have no access to courts like all other citizens of Pakistan do have. To abolish such oppression and to make the people of FATA realized the true citizens of Pakistan the jurisdiction of Supreme Court should be extended to FATA.”

Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02), Mr. Hassan Ashraf (YP02-AJK02) and Ms. Anam Saeed (YP28-PUNJAB08) to move the following Motion: “This House may discuss the Article 295-B & C of Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).Article 295-B states “Whoever willfully defiles, damages or desecrates a copy of the Holy Qur'an or of an extract there from or uses it in any derogatory manner or for any unlawful purpose shall be punishable with imprisonment for life.”Article 295-C states “Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation or by any imputation, innuendo, or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.”

Ms. Anum Mohsin (YP22-PUNJAB02), Ms. Ushna Ahmed (YP59-SINDH09) and Mr. Touseef Abbassi (YP02-AJK02) would like to invite the attention of the Youth Minister for Interior, Kashmir Affairs, GB and FATA on the deteriorating law and order situation in protest against the movie that has defamed our Prophet (P.B.U.H), an offensive step hurting the sentiments of the Muslim Ummah

Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02) would like to introduce a Bill Further to amend the Article 295 B and 295-C of Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
