  Brief Profile  

Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi, from Bagh in Azad Jammu & Kashmir, was born on December 12, 1987. He completed his Graduation as BS-CE in Electrical (Computer Engineering) from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology (CIIT) Islamabad. He is the Chairman and Founding Director of Agilitron (Pvt.) Ltd. - a Hardware, Software and Web Based Solution Provider. He is also the Founder and President of Al-Mariam Volunteer Blood Donation Society actively working in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. He is also a Founding Member of Innovation Dedication Evolution Ambition (IDEA) Society CIIT Islamabad. He has also actively participated in Fund Raising and Relief Activities of Flood 2010 and Earthquake 2005. He was actively involved in 2011 AJ&K Elections and was Party Representative in Local Polling Station.

These channels should not only be penalized but strict action should also be taken against them.”

The people face too many difficulties because of the hard and unchallenging policies of the Army and FC forces while the people have no access to courts like all other citizens of Pakistan do have. To abolish such oppression and to make the people of FATA realized the true citizens of Pakistan the jurisdiction of Supreme Court should be extended to FATA.”

Mr. Touseef Ahmed Abbasi (YP02-AJK02), Mr. Hassan Ashraf (YP02-AJK02) and Ms. Anam Saeed (YP28-PUNJAB08) to move the following Motion: “This House may discuss the Article 295-B & C of Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).Article 295-B states “Whoever willfully defiles, damages or desecrates a copy of the Holy Qur'an or of an extract there from or uses it in any derogatory manner or for any unlawful purpose shall be punishable with imprisonment for life.”Article 295-C states “Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation or by any imputation, innuendo, or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.”
