Mr. Noman Nayyir Kulachvi, born on March 21, 1989, hails from Tehsil Kulachi District Dera Ismail Khan. He secured his primary and secondary education from G.H.S Kulachi, and higher education from Dera Ismail Khan. He completed his BS in Philosophy from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. He completed his religious education (Dars-e-Nizami) from Najm ul Madaris of Kulachi. He has been associated with many local and national newspapers and magazines as a Journalist. He was previously politically affiliated with Awami National Party (ANP). Currently, he is columnist for national newspapers and is working on research on fiqah-Islamia. |

Government needs to safeguard the fundamental rights of all religious minorities (as per constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan and in the light of the principles mentioned by the Founder of Pakistan in His 11 August 1947 speech) , and take practical steps to safeguard the rights" |
